3. Pricing. All prices are shown in the store currency and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by such errors, with a full refund.

4. Orders. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order (for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues). A confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance until the order ships.

9. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bellunae is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

10. Cosmetic use & disclaimer. Our products are cosmetics for external use. If you have sensitive skin or allergies, please review ingredients and patch-test before use, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Our content is not medical advice.

12. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, where Bellunae operates, without affecting the mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your place of residence in the United States.
