Processing time Our products are prepared on demand and ship from our fulfillment center in Dallas, Texas. Orders are typically processed within 5–9 business days (faster for in-stock items). During launches, promotions, or peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Where we ship We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping times (transit, after processing)
- Standard: 3–5 business days
- Expedited: 2–3 business days
Most US orders arrive within approximately 8–14 business days total (processing + transit). These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers or events outside our control are not the responsibility of Bellunae.

- Free standard shipping on orders over $99
- Standard shipping: $9.99 (flat rate per order)
- Expedited shipping: $29.99 (flat rate per order)
Order tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Incorrect addresses & failed deliveries Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Bellunae is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect/incomplete addresses, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed packages. Reshipment may require an additional shipping fee.
Lost or delayed packages If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your package appears lost, contact us at and we'll help you investigate with the carrier.
